• LED light modules, power supplies and transformers: 3-year free replacement warranty

  The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, natural disasters, unauthorized modification or repair, or other factors outside the agreed product specifications.

If any product is damaged during transportation, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos or videos of the packaging and damaged products.

Our team will review the situation and coordinate replacement parts, re-production or another appropriate solution according to the actual case.

Yes. We continue to provide technical consultation and spare parts support after the warranty period.
